HP HORRIBLE OUT-SOURCE DISGRACE

Since HP has outsourced their customer service it is a disgrace. They give you people that can not speak American/English. They are rude, will threaten to hang up and subject you to the infuriating telephone menu that immediately takes you to India, Argentina, Africa, and then to Canada. I spent over 2 hours tring to make them give the product that I had waited for over 3 weeks. They took my money, the sent emails that confirmed the purchase, and another email that confirmed it being sent. I called to check the status, it was never mailed. They took my money, didn't tell me that it wasn't sent, and failed and refused even tell me that it was not sent. THEY had no intention of notifing me that it had not been sent. Their reason... It was to be mailed to a POBox. Which is the most artificial excuse I ever heard. IT took 8 telephone calls and over 2 hours to determine this. This is the state of HP SERVICE, or lack of service. They also refuse to answer telephones in the USA. It took 5 calls to different HP USA company offices to get someone to answer the telephone. Then.... I was switchboarded back to the INDIA connection and the most unconscionable bunch of rude, disinterested, arrogant people I personally ever had to deal with in my many years of life. I am refusing to purchase [on
purpose] any further HP products. IT is my considered opinion that anyone that would intentionally subject themselves to the insults, arrogance, and just plain rude outsourced idiocy of being insulted and treated so poorly that I created this Blog to let the rest of people/hi tech or low tech like me, to not by HP until the bring their customer service back to the USA.
